BreakThruFX | XAU/USD Trading Indicators

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to any BreakThruFX indicator product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not subscribe or use our products.

2. License Grant

Upon valid payment, BreakThruFX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased indicator(s) on TradingView for your personal trading use only. This license is valid for the duration of your active subscription.

3. Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from:

Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing any indicator in any form
Sharing your TradingView access or login credentials with any third party
Screen-recording, screenshotting, or otherwise capturing the Pine Script source code
Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the indicator logic
Creating derivative works based on the indicator code or strategy
Publishing or distributing the indicator under a different name
Allowing any other person to use your subscription access
Using automated tools to copy or extract indicator data or code

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate and permanent revocation of your access without refund. BreakThruFX reserves the right to pursue legal action for damages.

4. Subscription & Billing

All plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis
Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your paid period
No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of TradingView indicator access, all sales are final once access has been granted. No refunds will be issued after your TradingView username has been invited to the indicator. We encourage you to thoroughly review the product details, backtest data, and FAQ before subscribing.

6. Delivery

Access is delivered by inviting your TradingView username to the private indicator. Delivery is typically completed within 24 hours of confirmed payment. You are responsible for providing an accurate TradingView username. Access cannot be transferred to a different username without contacting support.

7. Risk Disclaimer

Trading foreign exchange (forex) and gold (XAU/USD) carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The backtest data presented on our website is based on historical data and does not account for slippage, variable spreads, or execution delays. You should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. BreakThruFX is not a financial advisor and does not provide investment advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

BreakThruFX shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed trades, technical failures, or any other damages arising from the use of our indicators. The indicators are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.

9. Intellectual Property

All indicator code, strategy logic, documentation, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of BreakThruFX. Your subscription grants usage rights only and does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights.

10. Termination

BreakThruFX reserves the right to terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination for cause, no refund will be provided. We may also discontinue the service entirely with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
